Real Life. Real Fun. ā€“ Compliance and Ethics in Action

In 2019, CHFAā€™s Compliance Department made mandatory training fun, with the Ethics and Compliance Campaign: ā€œReal Life. Real Fun.ā€ The campaign consisted of interactive games played throughout the year: a photo contest, a crossword puzzle, a coloring book, and an interactive art show. These games gave staff an opportunity to get hands-on, think creatively, and have some fun. Each game had a "real life" element to help staff understand the roles compliance and ethics play in their work life.
