How We Built Innovation
Talking about Innovation and executing innovation are two different concepts. Just as teaching innovation is vastly different than working on real-world problems. To encourage the creative process and foster an innovative environment, our team challenged ourselves to communicate our innovation practices to our staff and our Board of Directors in a unique understandable way. After many attempts, we decided to use an existing wall in our building to provide a creative space to develop ideas.

Corporate Health Report: New Business Planning Scorecard Format
KHC developed a new Business Planning Scorecard that transformed qualitative reporting to a more quantitative, visual report on defined metrics tied to the KHC’s corporate strategies. This format is replicable and adaptable to fit any organization that strives to meaningfully engage, measure, and monitor performance.
Ohio Housing Finance Agency:
Visualizing Data for Operational Impact
Understanding our data in real time is a challenge for OHFA operations. Information related to our programs shapes decisions ranging from workflow and resource allocation to larger policy and programmatic decisions. OHFA worked internally to create a series of interactive dashboards, which aggregate and streamline agency data in real time. Using Tableau as a platform, several offices collaborated creating an interactive dashboard for viewing and managing the data necessary for daily workflow.
