The Capital Finance Manager in the Bureau of Housing Development and Construction (BHDC) is responsible for the fiscal and administrative oversight of all programs managed by BHDC including the Division's capital, trust, and federally funded programs.
Under the leadership of the Assistant Director and Director of Internal Audit plans, performs, and coordinates financial, compliance, and performance audits, reviews and investigations of THDA programs.
This position serves as an agency planning specialist and will assist the corporation’s housing mission through research, program design, implementation and project management.
