Mortgage Loan Specialist - Tennessee Housing Development Agency

Works with both the underwriting and closing departments, depending on the work flow volume, in reviewing loan application documentation for compliance with the organization and guarantor/insurer regulations; prepares and ships loan documentation to document custodian.

Mortgage Loan Closer - Tennessee Housing Development Agency

Reviews the agency’s closed mortgage loans documentation; maintains and controls follow-up in a timely manner with assigned Origination Agents (OA); handles necessary correspondence to carry out such maintenance.

An Administrative Specialist II is responsible for a variety of activities in support of general administrative services.
