Fiscal Representative/Management Analyst III - Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development
The Fiscal Representative evaluates performance of, provides technical assistance to, and financial compliance monitoring of individual Heating Emergency Assistance Retrofit Task Weatherization Assistance Program (HEARTWAP), Community Service Block Grant (CSBG), and Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and/or any other assigned State or Federal programs. Provides technical assistance/expertise to internal and external constituencies in the areas of compliance with program regulations, requirements and policies.
Community Grants Coordinator/Program Coordinator III - Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development
The Community Grants Coordinator coordinates programmatic aspects of the Housing Choice Initiative, Gateway Housing Rehabilitation Program, Community Planning and Rural Development Fund and administers the grants in collaboration with fiscal staff.
Contracts Coordinator/Program Coordinator II - Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development
The Contracts Coordinator functions as an Emergency Shelter support, providing administrative support to the state and federally funded emergency shelter system within the Division of Housing Stabilization (DHS). Primarily charged with managing the invoicing and contracting processes for individual emergency shelters, and associated programs, this position is an integral part of the functionality of the unit.
Under the general direction of the Codes and Standards Administrator (CSA) I, and guidance and assistance from a lead District Representative (DR) II, the incumbent is responsible for scheduling and conducting inspections relating to the enforcement of the California Health and Safety Codes, and state and federal regulations within an assigned geographical area.
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I, of the Program Design and Implementation (PDI) Unit of the Division of Financial Assistance (DFA), the Housing and Community Development Representative (HCDR) II will work on program design and implementation of state funded housing programs within the priority policy area of access to opportunity, climate change or homelessness.
Under the general direction of the Manager I of the Office of Migrant Services (OMS) Program, the incumbent independently performs the more complex day to day activities associated with overseeing the financial and programmatic operations of the OMS Program financed or otherwise assisted by the Department.
Under the general direction of the Section Chief (Manager II) in the Federal Programs Branch of the Division of Financial Assistance (DFA), the Housing and Community Development Specialist I, is responsible for conducting high-level complex research, collection and analysis of programmatic and housing data and development of program policy recommendations, regulations, and program guidelines for federally funded Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) and National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) programs.
Under the direction of the Codes and Standards Administrator II (CSA II), the Codes and Standards Administrator I (CSA I) functions as a recognized authority for housing accessibility requirements for residential buildings.
Under the general direction of a Section Chief Housing and Community Development Manager II (HCDM II), the working level supervisor oversees and directs the day to-day activities of technical staff that administer the state loan/grant closing activities for the multifamily loans/grant programs with a focus on Access to Opportunities funded by the Division’s housing and community development financial assistance programs.
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I (Manager I) of the State Grant Management (SGM) Section of the Division of Financial Assistance (DFA), the Housing and Community Development Representative (HCDR) II is responsible for all phases of administering the Department of Housing and Community Development’s (HCD) complex grant agreements in compliance with state requirements.
