Recognizes an HFA for a campaign designed to promote an agency event, including but not limited to a conference, community engagement activity, anniversary, groundbreaking, or dedication.

Communications entries will be judged on the degree to which they:
- Are replicable
- Engage targeted audiences
- Achieve measurable results
- Provide benefits that outweigh costs
- Demonstrate effective use of resources
- Achieve strategic objectives

Alaska Housing Finance Corporation:
Era of Unity
Alaska Housing hosted a two-day event bringing together tribal partners, homeless and support service providers, external funders, and every agency that partnered with us through the COVID-era programs. The objective was to put stakeholders from across the state together to share their stories, facilitate discussions, and provide a safe space to have honest dialogue with funders. From this forum, AHFC launched new programs and initiatives structured around provider feedback.
District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency:
The Ana Townhomes Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
DCHFA’s ribbon cutting for The Ana Townhomes transformed a traditional ceremony into a community‑centered marketing activation celebrating workforce homeownership in Ward 8. Designed as a neighborhood block party, the event increased awareness of DCHFA’s innovative Hagan’s Impact Investment Platform, generated a 740% surge in social media engagement, attracted major local media coverage, and strengthened trust among residents, partners, and District leaders.
Housing New Mexico:
50th Anniversary Marketing and Communications Campaign
Housing New Mexico deployed a year-long 50th anniversary campaign, preceded by a staff logo design contest sparking excitement and buy-in. The campaign featured a “50 Stories from 50 Years” social media series and dedicated webpage, press conference, special board meeting, partner and history videos, press release, feature stories, advertising, branded swag, and an anniversary book— all coordinated to maximize impact across multiple platforms and culminating with the New Mexico Housing Summit.
New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency:
Year-Long Integrated Campaign for Annual Conference
The Governor’s Conference on Housing and Economic Development (GHC) is New Jersey’s premier forum for housing and economic development, anchoring a year-long marketing campaign highlighting emerging opportunities, challenges, and policy priorities for industry stakeholders. Held each fall and funded through registration fees, the conference offers training, networking, and discussions on major issues while fostering dialogue between policy makers, industry leaders, advocates, and participants.

Wyoming Community Development Authority:
A Parade with Purpose: Building Statewide Awareness for WCDA
Parade Day is a beloved Casper, Wyoming holiday drawing thousands downtown each year. In 2025, WCDA leveraged this high-visibility event to drive statewide awareness through a social media giveaway designed to build long-term engagement. An eye-catching parade float, branded giveaways featuring scannable entry links, and a multi-platform contest—amplified by digital promotion and paid media—helped WCDA turn local celebration into lasting online engagement across Wyoming.
