Michigan State Housing Development Authority:
MSHDA Mod āReal Houses in Real Timeā
MSHDA offered a pilot program to both rural and urban communities to develop affordable workforce housing using modular construction. Over the last two years, ten communities have completed and sold, or are near completion, a modular build nestled within a neighborhood of stick-built homes. Take a look at our program structure and photos of these successful homes.
Minnesota Housing:
Habitat For Humanity
While many housing finance agencies (HFAs) have helped Habitat for Humanity in their states on a financial level, Minnesota Housing has worked closely with Habitat for Humanity of Minnesota to identify specific areas of need unique to their program, making resources available in ways that were successful for the borrower, Minnesota Housing and Habitat for Humanity. As a result, our support has been more comprehensive and on a much larger scale.
