     • Encourage HFA innovation.

Innovation, Rental Housing, Special Needs Housing, and Special Achievement

All categories except Special Achievement include subcategories. Up to two awards may be
made in each subcategory, as well as in the Special Achievement category.

Eligibility: Any HFA member of NCSHA is eligible to enter. HFAs may not enter a
subcategory they won the previous year; this also applies to the Special Achievement category.

each additional entry. Make check(s) payable to NCSHA and send to 2011 Annual Awards at

impartiality. HFA executive directors or their designees will be asked to serve as judges for
subcategories and the Special Achievement category in which they won awards the previous
year.
