(Creating Opportunities for Renewal and Enterprise) initiative which funds the removal of vacant, blighted properties in Baltimore. Mississippi Home Corporation:
Our Purpose, Our Promise, Our People
Mississippi Home Corporation has the honor to work closely with state housing professionals, our congressional delegation, and state elected legislators to improve housing initiatives in our great state. As we round out each year, we reflect on the changes made and outcomes produced by working together to make vital impacts in our industry. Our newly revised Annual Report houses all measurable outcomes of services we provide, new programs implemented throughout that year, and an overview of what we offer here at MHC.
Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency:
Connecting Housing and Hope
For the past several years, Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency has published its annual report on a dedicated microsite. While this cut the cost of printing a costly publication, the annual reports could never be fully integrated, leaving them open to security issues. In short, they served their purpose. With the launch of a brand new ohfa.org in June, the annual report could finally be fully connected. Each topic includes key performance metrics a feature story, and a testimonial video.
Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency:
PA Housing Now
Our 2021 annual report is our best effort to date of producing a report that is rich in data about our housing investments while doing so in visually inviting manner to hold the readers' interest. Our report is written to be informative for a wide audience while taking advantage of all the multimedia tools that are available thru a web interface. In today's world, you can't reach readers/viewers if you can't attract or hold their interest. Our report uses an "infotainment" approach as the hook to introduce our public to PHFA's housing programs.
Virginia Housing:
FY21 Annual Report
With a stakeholder audience of extremely busy housing partners, government officials and others, we needed a way to share our fiscal year's highlights in a clean, efficient and interactive way ā allowing users to quickly jump to selected content, skip over content or read everything from start to finish, depending on their preferences and interests. The result was our FY21 digital annual report: an interactive eBook, accessible on any internet-connected device, complete with skimmable stories, short videos and infographics.
