California Housing Finance Agency:
Making Loan Officers Happy

The California Housing Finance Agency recently completed the implementation of a collaborative solution to streamline the processing of Single Family compliance and purchase reviews. In less than six months since implementation, our Single Family Lending division has seen compliance review turn times fall by a third, and purchase review turn times cut almost in half.

Colorado Housing and Finance Authority:
CHFA First HFA to Use Leading Mortgage Delivery Platform

Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) became the first state HFA in the nation to implement new technology for its Single Family loan purchase document review process, partnering with ICE Mortgage Technology using their AIQ and Investor Connect platforms. These sophisticated cloud applications use artificial intelligence to ensure fast, accurate, and efficient identification and delivery of loan data and documents from CHFAā€™s Participating Lenders.

Ask Nolyn ā€“ Promoting Cybersecurity Among Staff

Every email Nolyn Johnson Jr. sends reads, ā€œThank You and remember, ā€˜Be Secure!ā€™ā€ It has become a mantra for the Cyber Security team at Kentucky Housing Corporation. With every email, in every communication with the public, guard yourself against an attack. One of the most innovative ways KHC is tackling cyber security is with Ask Nolyn, an interactive video series where Nolyn answers users' questions about network security.

Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development:
Emergency Rental Assistance Program Data Dashboard

In August 2021 Maryland launched a public, web-based data dashboard to track the distribution of federal and state rental assistance through the stateā€™s Emergency Rental Assistance Program. With several unique features, the data dashboard combines state and local data for a big-picture view of progress that helps guide resources to respond to emerging needs. The dashboard also provides critical transparency for renters, landlords, government officials/agencies, and other stakeholders.

OHFA.org Redesign

Oklahoma Housing Finance Agencyā€™s website, www.ohfa.org, serves as a primary source of information and program resources. OHFA worked with external developers to create a totally redesigned and retooled website that would help the Agency fulfill its mission of ā€œproviding housing resources with an eagerness to serve.ā€ This version represents the first-ever complete overhaul of the website, including content and structure.
