Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency:
A Heart for Home: 2022 Annual Report

OHFAā€™s robust website offers the opportunity to host the annual report content within the site rather than through an external micro-site. We built upon the success of the 2021 annual report and utilized the existing format, editing it to include information from 2022. In doing so, we are able to keep an archive of annual reports all in one place for easy access to past reports and content.

Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency:
There's No Place Like Home

Two main features make our 2022 web-based annual report stand out. First, the heart of our report is an interactive map that lets readers see the major housing investments made by PHFA in all 67 PA counties. We are not aware of any other state HFA report that has such a map. The second impressive feature is the 14 high quality customer video testimonials incorporated into our design. We do a good job telling our housing story. But no one tells an organizationā€™s story better than its customers.

Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority:
50 Years Stronger Together

The FY22 Annual Report, 50 Years Stronger Together, celebrates WHEDAā€™s 50th Anniversary by walking through its past, present, and future. A timeline guides readers through each story that shares some of the Authorityā€™s many achievements from the past year. All planning, designing, writing, and photography was done in-house by our communications team of six, and weā€™re proud to share WHEDAā€™s impact on Wisconsin through more than just numbers.
