Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency:
Changing Lives, Growing Communities

Recognizing that today's audiences are reading less, we sought to create an annual report that used minimal text to share our message about the past year's successes. The report is highly visual and invites reader interaction. What text is provided communicates simply and in everyday language. Through the use of many images, attractive graphic design, a modern color scheme and careful writing, this annual report proceeds under the assumption that less is more. The result is better engagement.

Our new online annual report maximizes online capabilities to expand the reach of our report, create and present highly visual and interactive visuals and infographics, connect to our social media and tell our story to a broader audience.
