State HFA Cookbook

Quarantine has changed the way we live, work, and spend time together. We are cooking at home more than ever, dishing up cherished comfort foods and trying out interesting new recipes (sourdough starter, anyone?). Inspired by creative home chefs across the country, NCSHA and our HFA members bring you the State HFA Cookbook, featuring favorite recipes contributed by HFA and NCSHA staff members.

The proceeds from the sale of this cookbook will be donated to Southeast Louisiana Legal Services, which has been fighting for fairness in the justice system for vulnerable people for more than 50 years. Nationally recognized as leaders in helping communities recover after disasters, SLLS responds immediately to community needs in the wake of hurricanes, floods, and oil spills. SLLS works every day to protect domestic violence victims from abuse, stand for the rights of abused and neglected children, preserve housing for hard-working families, end homelessness for veterans and people with disabilities, protect elderly consumers, remove barriers to medical care, improve access to employment and education for vulnerable people, and so much more.
