A new program established to provide financial relief for renters who have experienced a loss of income resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Eligibility Criteria

• Household income must be at or below 30 percent of AMI.
• Unable to pay rent due to COVID-19.
• Must be at risk of eviction and lack other resources to obtain permanent housing.
• Must not be a recipient of federal rental assistance such as Section 8.
• Landlord cannot be a relative.
