NCSHA Letter to Biden Administration on Emergency Rental Assistance Program Guidance Recommendations
This letter, sent on January 25, 2021, to Treasury Department officials in the newly instated Biden Administration, contains NCSHA’s recommendations on the guidance grantees would need to implement the Emergency Rental Assistance program and on how the Treasury Department should amend the ERA guidance issued under the former administration.
