A new program established to provide financial relief for renters and homeowners who have experienced a loss of income resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Applicants are awarded assistance through a lottery system.

• Applicant must be unable to make monthly rent or mortgage payments due to circumstances related to COVID-19.
