As Florida's population continues to grow, the demand for housing increases exponentially. According to guidelines, this project is located in a Historic District and therefore qualifies for both Historic and Tax credits. The Clearwater Gardens Assisted Living Facility Project will provide 120 beds, along with adult daycare, respite care, and companion suite options. This project will feature an onsite salon and barbershop, along with tasteful, resort-style landscaping and quarters. There is currently a 200-bed shortage for Assisted Living Facilities in the Clearwater area, and this project will effectively solve 51% of the deficit. |
