HMIS Reporting Coordinator (Contractor) - Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development

The HMIS Reporting Coordinator Contractor supports the Balance of State Continuum of Care (CoC) in meeting their reporting requirements to U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD designed the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) to ensure that it can provide outcome data to Congress regarding its funded activities. The Reporting Coordinator prepares HUD-required HMIS reports, assesses the quality of HMIS data, identifies HMIS system defects, and assists in HMIS site and project maintenance.

Assistant Director of Field Operations/M6 (Boston, MA) - Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development

The Assistant Director of Field Operations in the Housing Stabilization Division oversees field operations for Homeless Coordinators and Supervisors (BERS C and D) located in the Department of Transitional Assistance Offices (DTA) in Boston and the South Shore. Additionally the Assistant Director of Field Operations floats as needed to other DHCD locations throughout the Commonwealth.

The Accountant III supports the Finance Manager for Housing Development and the Finance Manager for Housing Management.

Section 8 Contract Administration and Compliance Manager - Tennessee Housing Development Agency

Manages activities and supervises staff under THDA’s Project Based Contracts Administration (PBCA) contract related to Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments (HAP). Areas of responsibility include oversight for Quality Assurance, Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) and Resident Issues.

Section 8 Rental Assistance Manager - Tennessee Housing Development Agency

Responsible for the management, supervision of staff, and operation of one or more Section 8 Rental Assistance (S8RA) field offices, providing rental assistance through the Federal Housing Choice Voucher Program in a multi-county area according to the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA).

This position is responsible for providing leadership and supervision to case management staff of the AHFC Jumpstart family self-sufficiency (Jumpstart) program, coordinating educational services for the Jumpstart program, and carrying a 15% caseload. The Jumpstart Program is intended to promote self-sufficiency among families participating in AHFC assisted housing through provision of case management and goal setting, financial incentives, and educational training supportive services.
