Senior Building Inspector - California Department of Housing and Community Development

Under the general direction of the Codes and Standards Administrator I (CSA I) the District Representative (DR) II acts as the lead inspector and conducts inspections within the Employee Housing (EH) Mobilehome Park (MP) and Special Occupancy Park (SOP) Programs. The DRll is assigned the most sensitive and complex field inspections and investigations.

Senior Housing Data Specialist - California Department of Housing and Community Development

Under the general direction of the Deputy Director, Division of Federal Financial Assistance (DFFA), the incumbent is responsible for projects of significant scope, impact, and sensitivity. The incumbent will be responsible for independently conducting high-level research, complex collection and evaluation of programmatic and housing data and development of program policy recommendations related to the implementation of DFFA administered programs.

Climate Mitigation Specialist - California Department of Housing and Community Development

Under the general direction of the Deputy Director, Division of Federal Financial Assistance (DFFA), the Housing and Community Development Specialist (HCDS) II is independently responsible for conducting high-level complex research, collection and analysis of programmatic and housing data, as well as development of program plans, materials, regulations and policy recommendations for federally funded programs and Community Development programs including the Disaster Relief and Recovery and Disaster Mitigation programs.

Program Specialist, Homelessness - California Department of Housing and Community Development

Under general direction of the Branch Chief - Homelessness (Manager III) of the Program Design and Implementation (PDI) Unit of the Division of Financial Assistance, the incumbent is responsible for conducting high-level research, assessment of housing needs, collection and analysis of programmatic and housing data and development of program policy, regulations and program guidelines within one of the policy areas of Homelessness for consideration by Division management and the Department’s executive staff.

Eviction Diversion Initiative (EDI) Internal Auditor/Auditor IV - Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development

The Eviction Diversion Initiative (EDI) Internal Auditor provides financial, administrative and programmatic support to the Department of Housing and Community Development’s (DHCD’s) Eviction Diversion Initiative (EDI) programs, including but not limited to Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT), Federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program, and Emergency Rental and Mortgage Assistance (ERMA). 

Eviction Diversion Initiative (EDI) Subsidized Housing Coordinator/Program Coordinator II - Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development

The Eviction Diversion Initiative (EDI) Subsidized Housing Coordinator supports the development and implementation of scalable landlord solutions to preserve tenancies and divert households from eviction. It focuses on the federally-funded Subsidized Housing Emergency Rental Assistance (SHERA) Program which helps residents of public and affordable housing clear rent arrearages (unpaid back-rent) caused by the impacts of the COVID 19 pandemic.

Capital Data and Systems Manager/Administrator V - Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development

The Capital Data and Systems Manager has overall responsibility for developing and administering DHCD’s long-range capital planning and project management systems, and applying knowledge about capital improvement planning, building design & construction to make recommendations to the Director on system improvements to better meet the needs of local housing authorities (LHAs) and DHCD staff utilizing the systems.

Real Estate Industry Account Advisor - Tennessee Housing Development Agency

In conjunction with the Real Estate Industry Account Manager, develops and maintains THDA’s real estate education and relationship-building initiatives in Tennessee, focusing on Realtor education and direct marketing to real estate offices and homebuilders; conducts training; participates in various real estate engagement activities.

Housing Program Coordinator, Homeless Programs - Tennessee Housing Development Agency

Administers and monitors the Emergency Solutions Grants program and other programs as assigned.
