Team Discount
Purchase nine registrations for your organization and get a tenth registration free! After completing the first nine registrations online, complete this Team Discount Registration Form to get your tenth registration free. The Team Discount is available through Friday, March 12.
Event Access
On Thursday, March 18, you will receive an email from NCSHA containing the link to join the conference via Zoom meeting (as well as an alternative dial-in number). If you do not receive the link, please contact Michelle Jacoby.
All events will take place virtually via the link provided.
Cancellation and Substitution Policies
Cancellation and substitution requests must be received in writing. All requests can be sent to registration@ncsha.org. All cancellations will result in a $75 administrative charge. Cancellation requests must be made by Friday, March 12. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, March 12, or for registrants who do not attend the event. Substitutions are at no charge and can be made until registration closes at 5:30 p.m. ET on Tuesday, March 16.
Speaker Registration Policy
NCSHA requires speakers and discussion leaders who wish to participate in conference sessions and events, beyond the session in which they are speaking/leading, to register.
Legislative Priorities Briefing
The 2021 Legislative Priorities Briefing will be held on Wednesday, March 17, in advance of the Legislative Conference (Leg Con). This event is free and open to all NCSHA members. As a Leg Con registrant, you will receive an email on Monday, March 15, containing a Zoom link to join the Legislative Priorities Briefing and a second email on Thursday, March 18, with the link to access Leg Con itself.

The National Council of State Housing Agencies is committed to providing a professional environment at all of our events, welcoming people from as many diverse backgrounds as possible. In pursuit of those goals, which are applicable at virtual and in-person events, speakers, staff, attendees, and volunteers at NCSHA events are expected to abide by this Code of Conduct. Participation in this event indicates your acknowledgment and acceptance of this code of conduct.
Recording Policy
Recording (audio or video) of plenary and breakout sessions, events, and/or meetings is strictly prohibited.

NCSHA does not sell our event attendees’ data or authorize third parties to sell attendees’ data. If you are contacted by a third party offering attendee data or lists for purchase, please be aware the data is not official or verified.
