What: Announcement of $5.5 million awarded to nine projects statewide from the Strong Neighborhoods Housing Fund, to create about 100 new or rehabbed housing units in Wilmington, New Castle County, Dover, Milford and Laurel, as well as $475,000 to local governments to address vacant or abandoned properties.
