Nicole LiBaire
Nicole Libaire has nearly two decades of expertise in affordable housing and federal programs ā most recently as Executive Director of the Louisiana Housing Authority. In this role, she oversaw the stateās 3,000-unit permanent supportive housing and homeless programs, including the Louisiana Balance of State Continuum of Care. Nicole was responsible for developing Louisianaās plan to end homelessness and chaired the Governorās Council on Homelessness. She was also instrumental in the state’s nationally recognized hurricane relief efforts, and administered several federal programs that aided in rebuilding.
