Gloria Paradise

Gloria Paradise, Director, Federal Housing Grant Programs – New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority. Responsible for development and administration of the Authority’s Housing Grant Programs. This includes the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, Section 811 Project Rental Assistance, Lead Hazard Control & Healthy Homes, National Housing Trust Fund and other similar programs. Previously Gloria was the Director of Housing & Community Facilities, serving 14 years in the State of New Hampshire Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.
