Daniel Buyer

Daniel Buyer has worked at HCR since 2007. During that time he has performed a variety of management-level roles on behalf of the agency, overseeing both program delivery and agency operations. He has program experience working in Weatherization, Section 8, multi-family housing, and community renewal. Prior to arriving at HCR, Daniel served as an executive director for a community-based organization in Rochester, NY and also worked as a grant writer and newspaper reporter. He has a master’s degree in Urban Studies from the University of Buffalo.
