Sonia Joyner

Sonia Joyner’s professional experience in lending, housing, and community development has involved both private and public sector work since 1979. Sonia has focused on first mortgage lending and underwriting, community-based homeownership programs, outreach, and technical assistance to Agency partners throughout her 22 years of service with the Agency. As the Director of Home Ownership Programs, her most recent work focuses on overseeing the creation, development, on-going production, and compliance monitoring of the Agency’s Home Ownership lending and housing rehabilitation programs.
