Gregory Borys has seven years of experience working in the municipal finance industry, including over three years working with State Housing Finance Agencies across the country on both single family and multifamily bond transactions. He has significant experience in structuring, marketing, and selling tax-exempt and taxable housing issues of all types for both new money and refunding transactions, including traditional mortgage revenue bond issues, floating rate notes, variable rate demand bonds, convertible option bonds, put bonds, limited public offerings to the Federal Home Loan Banks, and various credit structures, among others.
