Vihar Sheth

Vihar Sheth is the director of business development for affordable housing investments at USBCDC, managing a team of twelve professionals responsible for the origination of direct LIHTC investments. Vihar joined USBCDC in 2003 and spent his first four years as a project manager underwriting and closing affordable housing transactions. In 2008, he became a business development officer and was responsible for the origination of LIHTC investments in a seven-state region, primarily in the upper Midwest. In 2013, Vihar became the director of business development. Prior to joining USBCDC, Vihar worked in the financial services industry and for an urban redevelopment nonprofit. He holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS in industrial engineering and management sciences from Northwestern University. He is a board member of the Affordable Housing Investors Council, the Tower Grove Neighborhoods Community Development Corporation and an active member of the low-income housing tax credit community.
