Advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (AC20)
During this “micro-workshop,” Dr. Nita Mosby Tyler shares how to build systems of diversity, equity, and inclusion in an organization. Participants will learn how to “deconstruct” complex terms, discuss how to incorporate inclusivity at the strategic level, get advice on facilitating important internal conversations, and hear one HFA’s journey.
