SRAP Housing Specialist
The SRAP Housing Specialist will complete duties for both the State Rental Assistance Program (SRAP) and the 811 Tax Credit Referral System. Responsibilities for the SRAP program include communication with Clients, Case Managers, Referring Agency staff and Landlords pertaining to program eligibility, answering incoming calls, questions, troubleshooting and providing information and assistance throughout program participation.
CDA Lending and Risk Analyst II/Client Services Coordinator
The main purpose of this position is to oversee the success of the application and eligibility process for the weatherization assistance programs that are administered by DHCD’s Housing & Building Energy Programs. The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and guiding the intake staff with daily monitoring of a robust pipeline of applications and ensuring applications are reviewed and processed within the program guidelines.
