The SRAP Housing Specialist will complete duties for both the State Rental Assistance Program (SRAP) and the 811 Tax Credit Referral System. Responsibilities for the SRAP program include communication with Clients, Case Managers, Referring Agency staff and Landlords pertaining to program eligibility, answering incoming calls, questions, troubleshooting and providing information and assistance throughout program participation.
