Barbara Fields Appointed to Executive Board of Leading National Housing Organization
RIHousing Executive Director Barbara Fields has been appointed Secretary/Treasurer of the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA), the agency announced today. Fields was appointed to serve a one-year term on the NCHSA Executive Board at its annual meeting last week.
