On May 12, 2021, the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Public and Indian Housing published these Frequently Asked Questions on use of funds from the Treasury Department’s Emergency Rental Assistance program to assist participants in the public housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs.

Best Practices for HFA Mortgage Design: Lessons Learned from HHF and CRF Presentation

HUD Operating Requirements on Emergency Housing Vouchers

On May 5, 2021, the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Public and Indian Housing issued these operating requirements for the $5 billion in Emergency Housing Vouchers, included in the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

House Dear-Colleague Letter: HOME Investment Partnerships Program FY 2022

The April 30, 2021, letter below, signed by 74 members of Congress, requests support from the House Committee on Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies to restore the HOME Investment Partnerships program (HOME) to at least $1.9 billion for fiscal year 2022.
