IRS Notice 2018-45, Population Figures for Housing Credit Program

In May 2018, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) issued Notice 2018-45 providing state-by-state resident population figures for purposes of determining the 2018 Housing Credit volume cap for each state. The 2018 volume cap currently is the greater of $2.70 per capita or $3,105,000 per state.
