The Board of Directors of the SC State Housing Finance and Development Authority (SC Housing) named Bonita Shropshire as the agency’s Executive Director. Shropshire had been serving as the agency’s Interim Executive Director prior to her appointment.

Housing for Chronically Homeless Individuals is Complete
The Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) project will house 42 individuals who experienced chronic homelessness. The approach employed at the property is known as ‘Housing First’ where tenants are rapidly housed and then offered services to address the issues that are the cause of their homelessness.
