Pritzker Administration Announces Funding Opportunity to Improve Housing Accessibility and Stability for Vulnerable Households
The Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) is pleased to share that up to $60 million in state and federal resources is available to finance the creation or preservation of permanent supportive housing across the state. Under Round IX of IHDAโs Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Development Program, approved applications will support the construction and rehabilitation of affordable housing developments for persons at risk of homelessness, residents with physical challenges or mental health needs, and other vulnerable populations.
DCHFA Kicks Off August By Financing 130 New Affordable Apartment Homes in Ward 8
DCHFA has closed on the financing of Terrace Manor, 130 newly constructed apartment homes in Ward 8โs Randle Heights neighborhood. The community will be 100 percent affordable, with all units reserved for residents earning 60 percent or less of the area median income (AMI).
Pennsylvania Homeowner Assistance Fund Team Attends Upcoming Community Outreach Events
