Elderly and Disabled Residents Will See Property Renovation, Extension of Affordability With $13.9 Million in Financing

MassHousing has provided $13.9 million in financing to an affiliate of the Cambridge Housing Authority. The MassHousing financing will allow the Cambridge Housing Authority to launch an extensive renovation of the Russell Apartments, a 52-unit affordable housing community serving low-income senior citizens and disabled residents.

John Weeda Named Director of North Dakota Transmission Authority

John Weeda, who retired in 2017 as director of North Dakota Plant Operations for Great River Energy, has been selected to serve as the director of the North Dakota Transmission Authority by the North Dakota Industrial Commission (NDIC) as of Feb. 14.
