Iowa Finance Authority Marks 25,000 Affordable Homes Assisted through State Housing Trust Fund and Showcases Community College Construction Technology Partnership
The Iowa Finance Authority and the Chariton Valley Housing Trust Fund today celebrated the 25,000th home assisted by the State Housing Trust Fund in Centerville. Officials also highlighted Chariton Valley Housing Trust Fund’s successful partnership with Indian Hills Community College’s construction technology program.
Financing for 13 Rental Housing Developments Approved by NHHFA
