Nine Housing Developments Across Connecticut Receive State Financing: 722 Affordable Units in Haddam, Hartford, Meriden, New Britain, New Haven, Plainville, and Waterbury
The Connecticut Department of Housing (DOH) and the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) are announcing today that they have signed financing agreements for nine developments that will contribute to the creation of 722 housing units, including 651 affordable for low- and moderate-income renters, 82 of which will be designated as permanent supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness and people with disabilities.
