Iowa Finance Authority Awards more than $10.6 Million in Federal Housing Tax Credits for the Construction of more than 400 Rental Homes in 9 Communities
The Iowa Finance Authority Board of Directors today awarded a total of more than $10.6 million in federal housing tax credits to support the construction and rehabilitation of a total of 404 affordable rental homes for Iowans.
The Louisiana Housing Corporation Announces the Second Round of PRIME 3 Awards List

Construction Begins on Park View Apartments in Morehead
Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) joined Frontier Housing and The Housing Partnership, among others, in Morehead Friday afternoon to mark the beginning of construction on a 40-unit multifamily development called Park View Apartments, which will house 12 one-bedroom, 20 two-bedroom, and eight three-bedroom apartments and is located across the street from Sheltowee Falls Splash Pad and Morehead City Park.
