MassHousing Announces Expanded, Statewide Down Payment Assistance Program
MassHousing announced today the expansion of the Agency's Down Payment Assistance (DPA) mortgage program. MassHousing’s expanded DPA program now offers up to $25,000 in down payment assistance to all income-eligible first-time homebuyers, when purchasing a first home in any city or town in Massachusetts.

THTF grants are awarded to eligible non-profit partners, public housing authorities, development districts and local communities to address the housing needs of the most underserved Tennesseans.

Kansas Housing Awards Four 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Proposals in Round One
In February, Kansas Housing received 11 applications for the 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), equating to more than $17 million in LIHTCs and Kansas Affordable Housing Tax Credits (KAHTC) for the first of two application rounds. Of the four applications awarded, the approved LIHTCs/KAHTCs and PABs will build 585 new units.
