‘Sunshine and Smiles in Alabama Style’ AHFA Kids Art Contest Celebrates Homeownership Month

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The fourth annual National Homeownership Month art contest sponsored by the Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA) is open for entries.
Held each June, the contest is designed to celebrate the impact and value of homeownership during the national observance. This year’s theme, “Sunshine and Smiles in Alabama Style,” encourages Alabama children between the ages of 5 and 12 to showcase what makes our state a bright and happy place to call home. Photos of their entries can be uploaded to woobox.com/wdzypf through 11:59 p.m. CST on Wednesday, June 25. Contest entry is free, and every entry will receive an AHFA prize pack. A grand prize winner will be chosen no later than Thursday, July 3.
