NCSHA Announces 2025 Board of Directors

WASHINGTON, DC — The National Council of State Housing Agencies elected its 2025 Board of Directors on September 29 during the association’s Annual Conference. Board officers and directors are nominated from among and voted on by the executive directors of the member state housing finance agencies.

NCSHA’s elected officers are:

  • Chair: Jennifer Ho | Minnesota Housing
  • Vice Chair: Robin Wiessmann | Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency
  • Secretary/Treasurer: Maura Collins | Vermont Housing Finance Agency

Ralph Perrey of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency is the Immediate Past Chair.

Newly elected directors are:

  • Dan Brennan | MaineHousing
  • Bryan Butcher | Alaska Housing Finance Corporation
  • Blanca Fernandez Gonzalez | Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority
  • Shannon Harner | Nebraska Investment Finance Authority
  • Amy Hovey | Michigan State Housing Development Authority
  • Nandini Natarajan | Connecticut Housing Finance Authority
  • Christopher Nunn | Georgia Department of Community Affairs/Georgia Housing and Finance Authority
  • Melanie Walter | New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency

Christopher Nunn of the Georgia Department of Community Affairs/Georgia Housing and Finance Authority was elected to serve as the Executive Committee’s at-large member.

Incumbent directors are:

  • Scott Farmer | North Carolina Housing Finance Agency
  • Tiena Johnson Hall | California Housing Finance Agency
  • Chrystal Kornegay | MassHousing
  • Elmer Moore, Jr. | Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority
  • Steve Walker | Washington State Housing Finance Commission
