The Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA) lowered its interest rates today for First Time Homebuyers.

The new rates are as follows:

A 4.00% 30 year fixed rate mortgage loan will be made available to eligible first time homebuyers who do not need assistance with down payment and closing costs.

WCDA will also be offering a 4.25% 30 year fixed rate mortgage loan to eligible first time homebuyers who need assistance with down payment and closing costs under WCDA’s down payment and closing costs assistance programs.

“WCDA is pleased to be able to offer these low rates to Wyoming’s first-time homebuyers,” Wendy Kindel, Director of Single Family Programs for the WCDA said. “These are the lowest 30 year fixed rates that WCDA has ever been able to offer in its 36 year history.”
