Eligibility Criteria

โ€ข Household income must be at or below 80 percent of AMI.
โ€ข Must be current in rental payments and provide documentation showing loss of income beginning on or after March 1, 2020.
โ€ข Must not be receiving any other federal or state rental assistance.
โ€ข Must not be under an eviction order for non-payment of rent before March 11, 2020.
