A new program established to provide financial relief for renters and homeowners who have experienced a loss of income resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Eligibility Criteria

โ€ข Household income must be at or below 80 percent of AMI (applicants residing in tribal lands do not need to meet household income requirements to qualify for assistance).
โ€ข Must certify financial hardship related to COVID-19.
โ€ข Must have been current on housing payments as of February 28, 2020, and be able to provide documentation of past rent, mortgage, or other housing expenses
โ€ข Must not have received other forms of housing assistance for the same period.
