Eligibility Criteria	• Household income must be at or below 30 percent of AMI. • Unable to pay rent due to COVID-19. • Must be at risk of eviction and lack other resources to obtain permanent housing. • Must not be a recipient of federal rental assistance such as Section 8. • Landlord cannot be a relative.

Administration Structure	The Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) partnered with the State of Louisiana Office of Community Development (OCD) to administered this program.
Maximum Length of Assistance	One-time payment
Maximum Assistance Available Per Household	Up to 3 months' rent, not to exceed the FMR for a designated area.
