Eligibility Criteria

โ€ข Household income must be at or below 30 percent of AMI.
โ€ข Unable to pay rent due to COVID-19.
โ€ข Must be at risk of eviction and lack other resources to obtain permanent housing.
โ€ข Must not be a recipient of federal rental assistance such as Section 8.
โ€ข Landlord cannot be a relative.
