Eligibility Criteria

โ€ข Must provide documentation that household income, including all unemployment compensation, decreased due to job layoff, furlough, or reduced work hours beginning on March 6, 2020, due to COVID-19.
โ€ข Must not have received other forms of COVID-19-related rental assistance.
โ€ข Must not be a recipient of rental assistance such as Section 8.

Administration StructureIHCDA, in partnership with participating partner agencies, reviews and processes applications and payments.
