Eligibility Criteria

โ€ข Must be at or below 80 percent of AMI.
โ€ข Must owe past rent or utility or unable to pay upcoming rent or utility due to COVID-19 related circumstances.
โ€ข Must be an Idaho resident and legally residing in the US.
โ€ข Must not receive a federal rental assistance payment or subsidy (does not include income-based properties).
โ€ข Lease agreements must not be between immediate family members.
