Program Description

A previously existing program to provide relief for renters and homeowners experiencing a temporary housing crisis, which may or may not be COVID-19 related.

Eligibility Criteria

โ€ข Must be a state resident for no less than one year, or a lesser period in the case of a household fleeing domestic violence.
โ€ข Household must be at or below 50 percent of statewide median income limit.
โ€ข Must have a documented temporary emergency housing crisis. For more information on the definition of a temporary emergency housing crisis, see the link to the program description.
