Eligibility Criteria

โ€ข Household income must be at or below 50 percent of AMI.
โ€ข Must live outside of Marion County (Indianapolis residents are encouraged to apply through their local program).
โ€ข Must have had a COVID-19-related loss of income.
โ€ข Must be having trouble paying rent.
โ€ข Must have received a notice to vacate or notice of eviction due to an inability to make rental payments.
โ€ข Must not currently be receiving rental assistance from another source.
โ€ข Must have a current lease and a landlord willing to accept rental assistance.
