Program Description	A new program established to provide financial relief for renters who have experienced a loss of income resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and are at risk of losing housing.

Eligibility Criteria	• Household income must be at or below 50 percent of AMI with priority given to households with income at or below 30 percent of AMI. • Households must not be able to pay rent and are imminent risk of eviction.

Administration Structure	This program is administered through Ohio’s Continua of Care (CoC) and includes the eight large Continua and the Balance of State Continuum of Care.
Maximum Length of Assistance	Up to 6 months
Maximum Assistance Available Per Household	No more than 120 percent of the FMR for the CoC service area, unless waived by the OHFA.
