Eligibility Criteria	• Household income must be at or below 50 percent of the AMI. • The household must be a New Hampshire resident. • The household cannot be receiving federal rental assistance or living in public or publicly-subsidized housing.

Administration Structure	NH HFA provides funding, but does not directly administer this program. Instead, Lead Community Action Agency Agencies administers the program. Applications are submitted through any CAA.

Maximum Assistance Available Per Household	Up to $3,000 per household
Household Contribution Requirements	30% Monthly Gross Income
