A new program established to provide financial relief for renters and homeowners who have experienced a loss of income resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Eligibility Criteria

โ€ข Households experiencing a loss of income must provide documentation showing decreased income.
โ€ข Must not be a recipient of rental assistance programs such as Section 8.

Eligible Activities
  • Rent
  • Move-in Fees (including security deposit, background checks, etc.)
  • Mortgage (may include principal and interest)
  • Homeowners Insurance (may include hazard insurance)
