Program Description	A new program established to provide financial relief for homeowners who have experienced a loss of income resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Eligibility Criteria	• The program is limited to primary home mortgages and borrowers of the mortgage. • Mortgage current prior to March 1, 2020. • Must demonstrate COVID-19-related impact. • Must prove that the owner is ineligible for forbearance or relief through their mortgage lender/servicer or through the DC Hardest Hit Fund program.

Maximum Length of Assistance	Up to 6 months, subject to available funds.
