A new program established to provide financial relief for renters who have experienced a loss of income due to circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Eligibility Criteria

โ€ข Household income must be at or below 80 percent of AMI.
โ€ข Must have a COVID-19-related loss of income beginning March 10, 2020 or later.
โ€ข Must be past due on rent.
โ€ข Must not be a recipient of rental assistance programs such as Section 8.
